Our Vegan Egg Replacer is ideal for baking if you are vegan or allergic to eggs. It is cholesterol free, gluten and dairy free, soy free, and non GMO. A guilt free and sustainable substitute to eggs for your cakes, breads, muffins, pancakes and other baking products.

180g. Ingredients: Gluten free rice flour, organic chia flour, natural raising agents(glucono-delta lactone, potassium bicarbonate), whole algal protein.

Vegan. Gluten-free, GMO-free, dairy-free, soy-free.

Health Benefits: Organic chia flour is rich in fibre, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. It is also rich in calcium, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Algal protein is derived from algae containing high levels of healthy lipids, carbohydrates and amino acids.

Cooking Instructions:

To replace 1 egg:

1 tbsp of vegan egg replaer + 3 tbsp of water

1. Place 1 tablespoon of egg replacer in a bowl.

2. Add 3 tablespoons of water (at room temperature).

3. Stir with fork for approximately 30 seconds until mix is blended through.

4. Use mixture to replace 1 egg in your recipe.
