Agar-agar is a traditional gelling, stabilising and thickening ingredient, unlike gelatine agar-agar is plant based being made form seaweed, making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Organic Agar-Agar can be used to make jellies, mousse, glaze for your pastries, or thicken a sauce. It is widely used in Asian cuisine and can even set puddings without refrigeration, though it is always quicker to use a fridge.
Natali agar agar that is approved by IFOAM (the global organic certification body). Please note this agar-agar does NOT come from Japan. Natali organic agar-agar comes from the Atlantic coast of France, and has been certified as organic by Agriculture France. This ensures strict regulations are followed during growth, harvesting, and packaging of the organic agar agar.

Instructions for use:
Each pack is 2 sachets, the instructions below are for 1 sachet only.
The average dose for a good texture is 4g (one sachet) per 1 litre of water.
Then dissolve the agar agar in a cold liquid and bring to the boil.
Leave to cool (best in the fridge), gelling occurs upon cooling.
