Shitake mushroom "meat" chunks flavoured with spicy rendang sauce. Warning - this is quite hot so it's not for the faint hearted! You can however add coconut milk to make it a bit milder to suit your taste. Add coconut milk and vegetables of your choice, and serve with rice to make a delicious, spicy curry.
