Our delicious fermented Probiotic vegan cream cheese dips are delicious as a dip or spread (and they're a great way to get probiotic foods into kids!). The chilli version is great on corn chips, on top of nachos as well as in sandwiches, wraps or to spice up your salad.
Before fermenting we first soak our cashew nuts in reverse osmosis remineralised filtered water to break down the enzyme inhibitors. We then blend with various fresh organic produce and spices and ferment to create the delicious cheesy dips we are now famous for.
