Local Sydney cheesemakers, Dilecto Gourmet, have produced a blue cheese that's indistinguishable from dairy blue cheese. Cashew-based, it has the traditional pungent blue cheese flavour. Perfect on your cheese platter on its own or served with thinly sliced pear or fig.
