Vego Pull Apart Christmas Tree Dessert

Enjoy as is or with some vegan ice cream 😋👍 

INGREDIENTS:
- Vego spread 
- 2 sheets of vegan-friendly puff pastry 

METHOD:
-Preheat your oven to about 200 degrees for a fan forced oven.
-Put the sheets of puff pastry on top of each other and cut out a big triangle. This should leave you with 2 triangles. 
-Now spread a generous layer of Vego spread on one of the triangles.
-Put the second puff pastry triangle on top of the one you just spread your Vego spread on.
-Now create the branches by making horizontal cuts. Make sure you leave some of the pastry in the middle uncut to create a tree trunk. 
-Twist each ‘branch’ a couple of times.
- Use some of the leftover pastry to form the bottom of the tree. 
-Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. 
- Serve while hot, with your favourite vegan ice cream!
